Terms & Conditions
General Terms
Personal Use Only: Unless discussed otherwise, these commissions are for personal use (avatars, wallpaper, printing for yourself). You may not use the artwork for NFTs, or AI training/datasets. For commercial use (merchandise, streaming assets), please contact me for a separate quote.
Rights: As the artist, I retain the rights to the artwork and may post it to my social media/portfolio.
Process: I will provide a rough sketch for approval. Once the sketch is confirmed and payment is made, I will proceed to final rendering (lines and color). Major changes (pose, outfit) can only be made during the sketch phase, and only up to 2 times.
Turn-around Time: Estimated turnaround time is 2–4 weeks. I am a working professional; if any unexpected delays occur, I will communicate them immediately.
